Tutti i Clienti che effettuano un ordine stabiliscono un rapporto commerciale con Carlo&Carlo Srl e si impegnano pertanto ad accettare la consegna del proprio pacco. Se per qualsiasi motivo il cliente rifiuta la consegna della spedizione o richiede la restituzione al mittente ogni spesa di spedizione, addebitata a Carlo&Carlo Srl, sarà dedotta dall’eventuale rimborso dovuto al Cliente.

Gli ordini sono spediti da Carlo&Carlo srl tramite corriere DHL, dal Lunedì al Venerdì con orario 10:00-17:30. Gli ordini effettuati durante il fine settimana saranno gestiti a partire dal Lunedì mattina successivo.

Desideriamo ricordare ai nostri nuovi clienti che Carlo&Carlo Srl  può richiedere a Paypal di verificare la transazione, anche contattando la banca controparte, prima che avvenga l’effettivo addebito sulla carta di credito del cliente. Tale verifica potrebbe provocare qualche ritardo nella spedizione del vostro primo ordine.

Gli ordini di articoli già disponibili sono spediti il primo giorno feriale successivo a quello in cui è stato effettuato l’ordine, previa conferma della disponibilità della merce, i tempi di consegna generalmente sono 2/3 giorni lavorativi,  a seconda della disponibilità i tempi di consegna potrebbero essere più lunghi. 

La carta di credito sarà addebitata il giorno dell’ordine.

In tutti i casi Carlo&Carlo Srl si riserva il diritto di posticipare la spedizione qualora si verifichino eventi con cause di forza maggiore.

Le spedizioni in Italia e all’estero sono effettuate tramite Corriere Espresso da Carlo&Carlo Srl Come richiesto dalle leggi che regolano il commercio, tutte le spedizioni  sono allegate da fattura ufficiale che dichiara il valore dei singoli articoli in Euro. Per gli articoli in saldo la fattura riporta gli importi scontati.

Le spedizioni Carlo&Carlo Srl non sono assicurate contro furto e danno accidentale ma è possibile richiedere un'assicurazione. Qualora venisse fatta espressamente richiesta, una volta che la spedizione giunge a destino l’assicurazione perde la sua validità.

L’assortimento presente su Carlo&Carlo Srl riflette l’esatta disponibilità di ogni articolo per taglia e per colore. Il sito internet è infatti collegato in tempo reale con tutti i magazzini di appartenenza a Carlo&Carlo Srl grazie ad un sistema creato dall'azienda MagicStore, sinonimo di sicurezza e precisione informatica. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta d’ordine, il reparto Ordini si riserva il diritto di riconfermare la disponibilità degli articoli acquistati, la validità della transazione tramite carta di credito e di verificare i dettagli delle precedenti transazioni effettuate dal Cliente su Carlo&Carlo Srl . Nell’eventualità in cui gli articoli ordinati non siano disponibili, o se per qualche motivo l’ordine non possa essere evaso come da richiesta del Cliente, l’ufficio Ordini ne darà tempestiva comunicazione al Cliente.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of shipment.

The specific instructions for exchange / return will be received by the customer in paper format inside the package.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN AND SIZE CHANGE:

MADE:

1. To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to INFO@SORECASHOPONLINE.IT or what's app number 3773712613 within 14 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned, the order number and the desired compensation: size change, return voucher or refund.

2. The return must be made (AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE, EXCEPT SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) with any courier, otherwise you can request a home collection from our staff starting from 7.60 euros.

3. The return shipping costs will in any case be charged to the customer.

4. The return packaging MUST be the original of the outbound shipment (If you receive an envelope as packaging, you will also receive the return envelope inside it)

SIZE CHANGE:

For orders over € 60.00 the FIRST SIZE CHANGE is FREE, the following ones will be PAID
It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.
To change the size just place a new order cash on delivery of the product you want to receive, inserting in the notes 'CHANGE SIZE ORDER NUMBER #####'. Any difference will be paid by cash on delivery, paypal, bank transfer, or card
REFUND:

Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
Only the cost of the product will be refunded, EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS
For orders paid with Paypal, by bank transfer, or credit card, the amount will be returned to the original account;
The return of the garments must be received at the sorecashoponline.it headquarters within 14 days of receiving the product.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (bags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by sorecashoponline, it is required to follow the same instructions above; sorecashoponline reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouses.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

Sorecashoponline.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Sorecashoponline.it will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal consists in the possibility - granted to the consumer for contracts concluded away from business premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) - to decide unilaterally to dissolve the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS from the signing of the same, consequently obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

for goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
for services, from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (as evidenced by the postmark) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The reimbursement of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's withdrawal exercise.

Methods of exercise:

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via email to info@sorecashoponline.it, or a whatsapp message to 3773712613 containing all the information necessary and useful for a correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain everything indicated below:

the express will of the Customer to wish to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
the description and codes of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The re-credit, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the aforementioned email communication.

SPECIFICATIONS RESERVED TO THE CUSTOMER BY SORECA SHOP ONLINE

From spending over € 60, the size change is free.

It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different item.

The costs of cash on delivery in case of return or change of size are in any case charged to the customer.
